Bear Hugs
After a year and a half I completed my short film, Bear Hugs. I directed & produced a CG animated short film about a teddy bear who is on a mission to get to a special someone for Christmas all while encountering people that want to have him along the way.

​This story is extremely personal to me as it relates to the mission of my own charity Bear Hugs Inc. In 2007, Bear Hugs Inc. was started by my mom (Tracey), my sister (Samantha), and I after discussing a way to give back after the many years my sister, Samantha was in the hospital during the holidays. In times of the unknown and loneliness while in the hospital, Samantha woke up on Christmas morning with presents around her bed. It wasn't just the "things" that gave a sense of joy but it was that Samantha and all the kids were remembered. In a way to continue that feeling, Bear Hugs Inc. was created. A non-profit charity that delivers teddy bear to kids in the hospital during the holidays.
